Description

To build anticipation for John Legend's upcoming album Muse, we're launching a clipping campaign around his two new singles, "Daylight" and "Fireflies." The goal is to put these records in front of as many listeners as possible through short-form clips of the music, visuals, lyrics, and standout moments, so both longtime fans and new audiences are invested before release day.

When Muse drops on October 23, the campaign expands to cover the full album with an added Creator Pool. That keeps the momentum from the singles going and gives clippers a deeper set of tracks and moments to pull from. The aim is to deepen discovery across the full project and reinforce John's place as one of the defining voices of his generation.

Content
What to post

Content should feel organic, romantic, emotional, and fan-led rather than overly promotional. John Legend's official Instagram and TikTok sounds must be used. Refer to the links below.

We want to tap into the feeling of:

  • "This is going in the wedding playlist."

  • Hearing John in a way you've never heard him before.

  • Lyrics that put words to how you feel about your person.

  • Two longtime friends, John and Pharrell, finally making the album fans always imagined.

  • The timeless soul, doo-wop, and gospel sound behind Muse, brought into today.

  • Fans reacting to the new era and sharing which John Legend song soundtracked their own love story.

How you can make it
Any of these three routes works. Pick whichever suits your page.

  1. Make your own. Original content built around the theme of Muse, "Daylight," or "Fireflies," using one of the approved sounds below.

  2. Clip and edit. Cut from the approved interviews and videos linked below.

  3. Combine the two. Interview or video footage cut over one of the official sounds.

Content that doesn't match this brief will be rejected. By submitting a post, you're agreeing to follow these requirements closely.
