Xen is running its Recruitment Challenge. Open tryouts, in public: creators submit clips, and the best of them get a spot on the team. This campaign is about one thing - putting Xen Recruitment Videos in front of as many eyes as possible.
Cut it. Caption it. Overlay it. Make it go viral.
Trim it, cut for the punchline, land the reaction, and make the first two seconds impossible to scroll past.
Go get them.
Where to start
Start with the Xen creators. The roster is already out there pushing the Recruitment Challenge - on stream, in VODs, in their uploads. That's your source material. Go through what they've posted, find the moments, and cut.
The job is the edit: clip it clean, or mash pieces together into something that hits harder than any single moment did on its own.
What we're looking for:
The hype moments - the clutch plays, the comebacks, the parts people rewind. Pull gameplay straight from the streams, and cut the Xen Challenge callouts from the links below into it. Gameplay carries the clip, the callout carries the message.
The Xen lifestyle - there is material on Xen all over the internet. The house, the trips, the wins, the day-to-day. Pull from it. Show people what being in Xen actually looks like, because that's what they're signing up for.
Straight clip and repost - you don't have to build something. If a moment already works on its own, cut it and post it.
The Xen Recruitment Challenge callouts - creators talking about the challenge, hyping submissions, reacting to entries. These do double duty: good clip, and it tells people the challenge exists.
Anything culturally relevant - a take, a rivalry, a moment that's already halfway to a comment section.
Every clip should trace back to an official Xen creator's stream or upload. Your job is to find what's in them.
